Why “Red” Tea?

While known as “black tea” in the West, these teas are called Hong Cha (Red Tea) in China.
This name refers to the deep reddish-amber color of the steeped liquid, rather than the color of the dry leaves. We use this name to honor the tea’s traditional roots and its vibrant, jewel-toned infusion.

This tea delivers a velvety, soft mouthfeel with none of the astringency often found in bolder black teas.
The rich floral notes of jasmine are front and center, beautifully integrated with the natural sweetness of the tea base. Expect a clean, elegant finish with a lingering floral perfume.

How to Enjoy

Red Jasmine is best enjoyed “clear” (without milk) to fully appreciate the intricate floral aromatics.
It performs exceptionally well at slightly lower brewing temperatures than standard black tea, ensuring the jasmine remains sweet and fragrant.
