For an authentic German Mulled Wine, follow this simple recipe:

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle of red wine
• 1 heaped tablespoon of our Mulled Wine Spice Blend (Rose Hip Peel, Cinnamon, Orange Peel, Cloves)
• 1 tablespoons of sugar

Instructions:

1. In a pot, combine a bottle of red wine with our Mulled Wine Spice Blend.
2. Add 1 tablespoons of sugar and gently warm the mixture over low heat, being careful not to boil.
3. Let the mixture simmer gently for 20-30 minutes, allowing the spices to infuse and the flavours to meld together.
4. Once infused, strain the mixture to remove the spices, leaving behind a fragrant mulled wine.
5. Serve the mulled wine warm, garnished with an orange slice for an extra burst of citrus freshness.
