Jin Xuan Oolong – Thailand
Whilst having a slight creamy, milk like texture and flavour, this is not the same as our milk steamed oolong from China.
Instead, this oolong offers a rice like creaminess, gentle nut like aromas akin to pan fried rice allowed to cool from the wok.
