Camomile is a caffeine free Tisane, harvested from several types of daisy-like plants that all belong to family Asteraceae. It is the centre pollen heads that are used in our Camomile tea, as these give the most flavour. Infusions made from the Camomile blossoms have been commonly used for many centuries to help relax the body and mind, and to aid in a restful night’s sleep.
