Natural Decaffeination Process:
Also known as the Swiss Water Method, this technique involves soaking tea leaves in water to extract caffeine. The water is then passed through activated carbon filters to remove the caffeine before reintroducing it to the tea leaves, allowing them to reabsorb their flavour compounds.
