Lapacho comes from the Pau D’Arco tree that grows in Argentina and Brazil. Used for centuries to fight flues and other minor illnesses.
It would originally be simmered for about 30 minutes which results in a bitter and strong wood like tasting infusion. To achieve a pleasantly and refreshing taste we recommend an infusion time of 2-4 minutes.
