Kokeicha is made from green tea powder which has been pressed into leaf shapes.
Light in colour with soft vegetal notes and a smooth intensely fresh finish.
You can re-infuse the leaves several times using water (between 70-80°C) providing you keep the infusion time short – no more than 10 seconds.
Kokeicha or Kokei Cha is one of the most refreshing green teas, especially on hot summer days. It is a very pleasant treat.
