Kokeicha is made of green tea powder which has been pressed into leaf shapes, with a refreshingly grassy taste and a high level of caffeine.
You can re-infuse the leaves several times using water (between 70-80°C) providing you keep the infusion time short – no more than 10 seconds.

Kokeicha or Kokei Cha is one of the most refreshing green teas, especially on hot summer days. It is a very pleasant treat.
