At an altitude of about 1.500 meters, you can find these 10 meter high growing leaves of the tea tree “Tuyet San” in North of Vietnam. Covered in thick clouds, almost throughout the year, these mountain tops provide an ideal growing condition for the camellia sinensis which results in high grade leaves.
The infusion of this leaf has a green-golden cup, a rich grassy taste and a good level of harshness.
