An under-appreciated leaf, Choui Fong from Thailand has a silvery tipped leaf and is cultivated according to Thai tradition of tea harvesting rather than the largely imported customs of Taiwanese tea culture.

Expect sweet, floral notes with a crisp, round flavour and a fresh wholesome finish.
