Fukujya Sencha – Japan
An aromatic Japanese Sencha with a more full-bodied, rich nature when compared to other Japanese Sencha leaves.
Sencha, literally: steamed, is a staple method of preserving green tea in Japan. This particular leaf has a higher concentration of chlorophyll and catechins, a bitter compound rich in anti-oxidants.
