Extraordinary Bi Mudan cultivated in Fujian Province China from the one to two method (one bud to two leaves picked) at at exceptionally early point in the harvest.
Very low acidity, when brewed following Chinese Gong Fu method, light coloured cup with crisp, sweet flavours and a clean finish.
Very light fresh grass and picked flowers, roasted soya beans, warm soy milk, warm pears.
