Hojicha, the toasted stems of Kukicha is an immensely popular tea in Japan.
Thanks to its low caffeine level this beautifully nutty infusion is an excellent after dinner digestion aid.

Thanks to its caramel savoury and natural sweet hickory wood notes, this beautiful stem offers a world of flavour on it’s own or as a latte.

Not to be confused with the green Kukicha, also known as Bōcha.
