Okumidori matcha is an artisanal grade, stone ground leaf, shaded for 22 days before harvesting, resulting in a naturally sweeter flavour with a reduced bitterness.
Origin: Okumidori/ Japan
Appearance: Jade green
Scent: Sweet hay, savoury vegetables and subtle floral hints.
Flavour profile: A lighter, sweeter leaf similar to that of milk. A largely balanced flavour profile moving between umami and bitter notes.

Making the perfect matcha:
2 Chasaku (bamboo spoon) / 1 leveled Teaspoon
Mix in 90 ml of 80˚C water.
Whisk using a chasen (bamboo whisk) until the matcha becomes frothy.
