Appearance: Spring Green
Scent: Savoury vegetal notes, butter, salt.
Flavours: Salted, buttered vegetables with a very balanced bitterness and slight creamy notes, similar to fresh milk, very smooth finish.
2 Chasaku (bamboo spoon) / 1 Teaspoon
Mix in 90 ml of 80˚C water.
Whisk using a chasen (bamboo whisk) until the matcha becomes frothy.
