Irish Afternoon

Not to be confused with a strong English Breakfast Tea, this leaf offers a whole new world of flavour and deserves to be judged in its own right.

Golden brown, dark copper cup with an initial fresh note followed by a thick malt like finish.
In our opinion this Sri-Lankan (Ceylon) leaf is a first rate example of the diversity black teas have to offer.

Tasting notes:

Initial light fresh tones akin to green tea freshness, followed on the finish with notes of a rustic seeded malt loaf.
Complex with tangy, citric like zest, malt bread, yeast.
