Shui Xian hails from the same Province as Lapsang Souchong, Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, China.
This high grade leaf offers a brown brick coloured cup with an exceptional depth of flavour unlike any of our other oolongs. Similar to the taste of Japanese Houjicha, this oolong has a subtly sweet hickory wood smoke note with an almost chocolatey smoothness.
In our opinion this is an outstanding oolong and is must try for any real tea fanatic.
